Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs and circumstances. She helps clients process difficult emotions, recognize their strengths, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for navigating stress, change, and challenging life transitions.

Donna has spent her career helping adults and families walk through challenging seasons of their lives. She understands the effects of loss, life transitions, and the impact of managing multiple responsibilities and roles within families and relationships.

Donna has always been someone who is approachable and makes people feel at ease, so they feel comfortable processing their feelings and experiences. It has been her calling and an honor to be able to support people in the most challenging seasons of life.

Her specialties include working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, health issues, caregiver stress and relationship challenges.

In her free time, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her family and family pets: Sky, Frankie Stripes and Sugar!
