Amanda brings more than 20 years of mental health experience to her work at Kildaire Counseling. As both a licensed therapist, she specializes in trauma-informed care and empowering clients to reach their goals with confidence and clarity.

Amanda provides warm, collaborative therapy for adults and older adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, and caregiver stress. With a special passion for geriatric mental health, she supports older adults and caregivers as they navigate changes in independence, family roles, and the emotional challenges that can accompany aging. Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach, Amanda helps clients build coping skills, navigate life’s transitions, and reconnect with meaning and purpose.
Amanda will see clients in person in Cary and via telehealth. Amanda accepts Medicare and Humana Medicare Advantage PPO plans. She is currently aceepting new clients.

Donna provides a warm and approachable space where you can feel at ease sharing your story. She understands how overwhelming life transitions, loss, and daily responsibilities can become, and she’s passionate about helping people find balance and relief during difficult times. With compassion and genuine care, Donna walks alongside her clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and stronger relationships.

Kerri Patrick
Kerri provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, dementia-related challenges, and caregiver stress. Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, she integrates CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help clients build practical skills while fostering meaningful, lasting growth. Kerri also specializes in supporting caregivers through both one-time consultations and ongoing counseling services related to dementia care and aging concerns.

Eddie Alcorn
Eddie brings a wealth of experience working with adults age 55 and older, with a particular passion for supporting older adults and caregivers through life’s transitions. Eddie has been a social worker since 2020 and specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, adjustment, mild cognitive impairment, vision loss, and trauma. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, Eddie helps clients navigate changes in health and function, develop practical coping skills, and find continued joy, meaning, and purpose.

Geri is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Trauma Professional. She has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through grief, loss, life transitions, and the challenges of aging.
With a calm, compassionate presence, Geri partners with clients to create a safe space for healing, reflection, and meaningful change.
